FREQUENTLY ASKED BLISS BOX QUESTIONS:

  • DO I GET THE STUFF IN THE PICTURE?
    • No! That's a sample to show what types of items can be found in the box. Actual items will vary and be different every time.
  • WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR EACH BOX IF I BECOME A SUBSCRIBER?
    • You'll be charged immediately when you first sign up for the box. Going forward, you'll be billed every six months or only once if you select the one-time option (see the dates above).
  • WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
    • Each box has mystery contents valued at over $99 USD or more and has an assortment of exclusive items. There can be anything in there from clothing to signed first editions. It’s a mystery box filled with awesome stuff!

The box will NOT include versions of books currently available online. Mystery boxes MAY include books such as a special collector's edition paperback featuring a different cover OR a hardback version of ANY BLISS book. Plus lots more inside!

  • CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOX?
    • Yes, you can! Simply click the order button again and place a separate order for each box. Each box will be shipped separately.
  • CAN I GIFT A BOX TO A FRIEND OR AS A GIFT?
    • Yes! Just enter their address in the ship to address section of the payment form. If you'd like a gift voucher to give to someone, please contact Chelle Bliss at authorchellebliss@gmail.com
  • CAN INTERNATIONAL READERS ORDER?
    • Yes. Just add the box to your cart and start checking out to see the shipping costs. Beware... It's extremely costly.
  • WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
    • Great Question! Bliss boxes will ship in August and February each year. It's possible for dates to shift due to manufacturing. If that occurs, I’ll be sure to let you know.
  • CAN I BUY THE STUFF IN THE BOX AT THE STORE?
    • NO! This merchandise is NOT available in any stores, including mine. Some items are exclusive to the box. They're custom and selected exclusively for you!
  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOX?
    • Yes, provided that the box has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped all sales are final.
  • CAN I RETURN MY BOX?
    • Due to the discounted nature of this item, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective. If that occurs contact us and we’ll replace it for you.
  • HOW MUCH IS S&H?
    • $9.99 USD on packages within the US and international shipping varies by country.
  • WHO PICKS OUT THE STUFF IN THE BOX?
    • Chelle Bliss personally selects the items in the box and designs them herself.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOX?
    • Yes, provided that the box has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped all sales are final. 
  • CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
    • Yes! Simply log in to your account on this site, select this item, and elect the option to skip a shipment.
  • CAN I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD?
    • YES! Simply log in to your account on this site, select this item, and select the option to update your billing information.
  • CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    • YES! Simply log in to your account on this site, select this item, and select the option to update your shipping address/ personal information.
